Weird News: too chupa to be true

Introducing Weird News, a new feature aimed at making snarky, sometimes stupid comments on bizarre news.

This just in: Chupacabra, one of the last holdouts of the mythical creature world has at last been captured by man, according to a Texas taxidermist. The Chupacabra (Spanish for goat-sucker), was found unceremoniously dead in a barn. What’s that you say? The Healthcare Plan? War in Iraq? Economic Crisis? Let’s be serious people, the Chupacabra is real news. Who will suck our goats now, huh? Not the Jackalopes, that’s for dang sure.

So, Chupacabra: Check. Unicorns: Extinct. Nessie: Fake. E.T: Still lookin’ (depending on who you ask) Bigfoot: yo’ betta watch yo’ back—you’re next.
